What is the benefit of using GMC Mortgages as opposed to dealing directly with a bank or building society?

* We explore what you really want and use our experience and expertise to help you pick the mortgage tailored to suit your needs.
* Each lender uses different criteria to approve mortgage applications, our knowledge of their criteria and what they look for are one of the many reasons we are so successful in arranging mortgages for our clients.
* We keep you updated every step of the way from mortgage application, to loan offer; until you complete the transaction fully.
