The terms of business set out below provides the basis on which General Mortgage Corporation (Ire) Ltd. (trading as GMC Mortgage & GMC Life & Pensions), will provide business services to you as an individual client. You should read this document carefully, should you have any queries we will be happy to deal with them. GMC are Regulated by the Financial Regulator as a mortgage intermediary and as multi agency intermediary.

VARIABLE RATE LOANS: the payment rates on this housing loan may be adjusted by the lender from time to time.

FIXED RATE LOANS: you may have to pay charges if you pay off a fixed-rate loan early.

DEBT CONSOLIDATION LOANS: this new loan may take longer to pay off than your previous loans. This means you may pay more than if you paid over a shorter term.

INTEREST ONLY LOANS: the entire amount that you borrowed will still be outstanding at the end of the interest-only period.

If at any time any one or more provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with the GMC Mortgages web site or any information posted thereon, or with any term or condition of this Agreement, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the General Mortgage Corporation (Ire) Limited web site.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by Irish law and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts in all matters regarding it.
