Mortgage Check List

  1. Completed Application form
  2. Most recent P60 (s) or completed Accountants report (if self employed).
  3. 3 recent payslips
  4. 3-6 months current account statements (FOR EACH APPLICANT)
  5. Statement of all existing borrowings (if applicable) MORTGAGE /CAR LOAN / PERSONAL LOANS (12 month payment statements required)
  6. Photographic identification (Passport or drivers license) and a utility bill (x 2 if joint application)
  7. Copy of separation/ divorce agreement (if applicable)
  8. Statement of Savings
  9. Valuation fee (if applicable)
